Professional Staff  
  • Substitute Teachers - Lower Dauphin School District is accepting applications for Substitute Teachers in all certification areas. Qualifications include valid Pennsylvania certificate for teaching; strong classroom management skills; understanding of, and empathy for, all school-age students. Act 34 Criminal Clearance form, Act 151 Child Abuse form and FBI Federal Criminal History form will be required.   • Substitute School Nurses - Lower Dauphin School District is accepting applications for Substitute Nurses. LPN, RN or School Nurse certification required. Act 34 Criminal Clearance form, Act 151 Child Abuse form and FBI Federal Criminal History form will be required.

 

Classified Staff
 
  • Substitute Custodians - Lower Dauphin School District is accepting applications for Substitute Custodians to be used in all buildings in the district. Hourly rate of $11.60.   • Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach - If you are interested in this position please send of a letter of interest and coaching resume to David Bitting, Lower Dauphin High School, 201 S. Hanover St., Hummelstown, PA  17036. Act 34 Criminal Clearance, Act 151 Child Abuse, and FBI Federal Criminal History checks will be required.
  • MUSICAL PRODUCER - High School - Responsibilities include acting as a liaison to the parent booster group, assisting in the coordination of fund raising activities, planning and overseeing many aspects of the musical including advertising, ticket sales, printed program, student schedules and activities, and management of all program finances.  If you are interested in this position, please send a letter of interest and resume to Debra Karlin, 291 E. Main St., Hummelstown, PA  17036. Act 34 Criminal Clearance form, Act 151 Child Abuse form and FBI Federal Criminal History form will be required if hired.

Only letters of interest and resumes will be accepted by the school district
 
Your resume will be maintained on 'active status' for one year at which time it will be placed on 'inactive status' unless you notify us to keep it active. This notification must take place every year. Once the resume is placed on inactive status, unless we are told otherwise by you, your information will be discarded after 90 days.
