The Board of School Directors for the Lower Dauphin School District is made up of nine members with three members each representing three regions of the District.
- Region 1, representing Londonderry Township and Conewago Township: Dana A. Barry, Todd M. Kreiser, and Renae M. Paladino
- Region 2, representing Hummelstown Borough and part of South Hanover Township: Rebecca D. Kline, Marcela D. Myers, and Rodney B. Nissley

Region 3, representing East Hanover Township and part of South Hanover Township: Jeffrey A. Neely, Keith E. Oellig, and Laurie N. Reichert
Board meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. on the first and third Monday of every month in the District Administration Center, 291 East Main Street, Hummelstown, unless otherwise specified.
