Welcome to Conewago Elementary School’s space on the Lower Dauphin website. We are unique in that we are Lower Dauphin’s smallest elementary school and also have the district’s newest building.
We completed our construction project in 2012. This school was built with many green features to save taxpayer resources and protect the environment at the same time. We love our building and are excited to learn here.
As the district’s smallest school with just about 200 students, we have opportunities to get to know each other very well. We strive very much to maintain a family feeling here at Conewago Elementary School.
Our staff gets to know our students. Our students develop very close relationships - some of which last a lifetime. As a former Conewago Elementary student myself, I am still in contact with some of my classmates from my school days here!
This tight-knit school community also enables our parents to be involved in their students’ education. We have several opportunities every year for family members to join us for concerts, meals and other events. Our Conewago Elementary School PTO is very helpful in providing our students with extra opportunities to enhance their outstanding Lower Dauphin education.
We hope our website gives you a glimpse into our school and our programs. We invite you to get involved in your student's school life – either as a volunteer or as a participant in school events or as a helper with homework or reading assignments.
Together, we can make our students’ experience here at Conewago Elementary School one they’ll always remember and cherish.
