Next week is Spirit Week in preparation for Homecoming Weekend. Tuesday: College T-Shirt Day; Wednesday: Space Day (our theme for Homecoming…wear things dealing with outer space; it could be Star Wars, Star Trek, real stars or just glittery-ness); Thursday: Trend Day (dress as a trend you find fun…it could be a meme, a TikTok or just anything that’s trendy) Friday: Falcon Friday (show your school spirit and wear the Blue & White)

School Picture Re-Take Day is Wednesday, October 23rd. If you’re getting re-takes remember to bring your picture packet with you to give to the photographer. Order forms are available in the main office for students who did not have their photo taken on picture day in September. If you did not receive a Student ID in homeroom, please make sure you get your photo taken.
Diversity Club will meet Tuesday (10/22) after school from 2:45-3:30 in Room 1007. You’ll be finishing the Hispanic Heritage Month celebration and will learn about Fall celebrations around the world. Late bus passes will be available. New members are welcome!
Lower Dauphin’s Homecoming Dance is Saturday, October 19th. Tickets will go on sale next week, (10/15-18), before and after school in front of the auditorium. Tickets are $15 each or 2 for $25. Guest permission forms are due to Mrs. Brixius by the end of the day, today (10/10). Students who have not completed InfoSnap, will not be able to purchase tickets until InfoSnap is submitted.
Any students interested in helping elementary students with their homework, should consider becoming a Study Buddies’ Volunteer. It’s a great way to earn volunteer hours and mentor a young student. The deadline for applications has been extended to Friday. Forms are available in the Counseling Office.

Any girls interested in trying out for the Girls’ Basketball Team should pick up an information sheet in the main office.
Planning sessions for the Haunted Hallway will be held today (10/10) at 2:30 in Mr. Cassel’s room, 906. Anyone interested in helping is encouraged to attend.
Students in 10th, 11th or 12th grade, interested in going to college, vocational school or the Military, should consider taking the ASVAB test on October 23rd. Permission forms are available in the Counseling Office.
