Welcome to Londonderry Elementary's home on the Web. We are excited to have you virtually visit our school. We are very proud of our school and, after you look around, I am sure you will see why. We have a staff who is dedicated to the families of Londonderry Township.
We love coming to work every day and impacting the lives of children! You may have noticed the statement on the bottom of our school's home page. These words reflect our mission here at Londonderry Elementary School. It is our purpose for coming to school and, we hope, you join us in this mission.
While our primary responsibility is to provide all of our students with a strong foundation for their academic careers, our staff feels that we cannot do that without the other two pillars of our mission statement.
We support our students in a number of ways throughout the school year. With our Little Readers' and Pre-Kindergarten programs, we even provide supports before the children of our community become our students!
The final part of the mission is celebrating our students' successes. Research has shown that students feel more connected to a school which recognizes their efforts and successes. So during the year, we always take time to celebrate the successes (big and not so big) of our students.
On behalf of the entire Londonderry Elementary staff, thank you for visiting our school.
