Synopsis of Curriculum
This course is an introduction to learning the Latin language. Students will acquire vocabulary, learn grammatical concepts, study Roman culture, learn English vocabulary derived from Latin, and learn about historical topics pertaining to the ancient Roman culture. Reading and translating into and out of Latin are important elements of the course.
