Get to Know Mrs. Cassel
My name is Jody Cassel. I am a 5th grade teacher in the Lower Dauphin School District. I finished my Master’s in Education at Temple University and my undergrad work was done at Lock Haven University. I'm very proud to be part of the Lower Dauphin School District.
I have a family of teachers! My husband, Chris, teaches at Milton Hershey School and has taught several different grade levels, but is currently a 5th teacher just like me. I have two sons named Lee and Colton. Lee is a graduate of Messiah College and is currently living in Dresden, Germany, teaching math. Colton is a graduate of Edinboro University and is teaching math at Palmyra Middle School. Both Lee and Colton have gotten married in the last year!
I am a very dedicated and motivated person, and I will treat each student with the utmost dignity and respect. I’m honored to have the opportunity to be here and work with your child at South Hanover Elementary, and I’m looking forward to getting to know each of you.
