Family and Consumer Sciences at the middle school is designed to assist and prepare to becoming independent and responsible citizens, by giving them the knowledge and skills to meet the challenges of every-day living.
Students will learn topics associated with consumer education, food, and nutrition. Students will prepare recipes in the foods lab, analyze their nutritional intake, and other topics related to their nutritional health.
