• Dear Employee,

    As of 2015, Pennsylvania State law requires all employees to have the following clearances, before being allowed to work:

    • State Police Criminal History Record – Act 34 (Dated within the last 5 years)
    • Federal Criminal History Background Check – Act 114 (Dated within the last 5 years)
    • Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance – Act 151 (Dated within the last 5 years)
    • Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse 3 Hour Training - Act 126 (Dated within the last 5 years)

    We can accept clearances that were obtained for previous employment as long as they are dated within the last five years. Knowing this can be a confusing process, we have put together this information to help make things a little easier to understand.
