I am very excited for my 11th year at Conewago Elementary!! The 2024-2025 school year will be my 14th year of teaching overall. I was a 5th grade teacher in Lebanon for two years and an 8th grade math teacher in York for one year. I graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2005 (B.S. Elementary Education) and received my Master's in Teaching and Curriculum at Penn State University in December 2017. In 2018, I earned the K-12 Mathematics Coach endorsement as well. Currently, I am working towards an Educational Leadership certification through Penn State.
I currently reside in Harrisburg with my wife (Erika), 9-year-old daughter (Emily), and 4-year-old son (Brooks). I am a huge sports fan, especially when it comes to Pittsburgh teams (I'm originally from New Castle, PA). I enjoy reading, watching all sports, and continue to play baseball in a men's wooden bat league. Playing golf is another one of my favorite hobbies, and I spend a lot of time with my family.
I am very much looking forward to getting to know you this school year!
