Physical ExaminationsGrade 11The state Department of Health requires a physical examination of children when they enter school for the first time (kindergarten or grade 1), grade 6 and grade 11.Physical exams completed 12 months prior to the school year will also be accepted, if documented on the physical exam form. Parents are encouraged to have these examinations conducted by their family physician.Please contact the school nurse with questions.
