•    Hello! My name is Jenna Wise. This is my third year teaching Full Day Kindergarten at South Hanover. Prior to that I taught second grade for around seven years. I am so lucky to be surrounded by such a wonderful staff and community!Let me begin by telling you a little bit about myself.
I graduated from Lower Dauphin High School in 2003. I then went to Penn State University and graduated in 2009. I finished my Master’s Program at the University of Scranton. My degree is in Curriculum and Instruction. It is very exciting to be back as a teacher at my home district!
In my spare time I enjoy reading, photography, going to our cabin in northern PA, and spending time with family and friends. I was married in 2012 to another a LD alumni, Ron. We spend most of our summers at our cabin, which we are slowly renovating. While there, we go hiking, exploring, and my husband goes fishing.
I also love spending time with my beautiful nieces, Allexis and Meri, and my handsome nephew, Jackson! They are so much fun, and growing up so fast! I am so proud of them!!
If you are a student in my room, or have a student in my room, you will be sure to hear about my adorable orange kittens, Fergus and Freya. We adopted them recently. They are a hoot and bring so much joy to our home! I often share their antics during the day!
Here is a photo of Fergus and Freya, our newest furry family members!

    Fergus and Freya are sleepy!
