Posted below are Dr. Gildea's performance standards for the 2023-24 school year:
- The Superintendent will develop a written Entry Plan based on information received through stakeholder interviews. The plan will include both short-term (remainder of the 2023-2024 school year) and long-term (five-year plan) goals as well as projected performance targets.
- The Superintendent will lead the administrative team through an analysis of current instructional practices with the goal of developing a student-centered, equity-focused and future-driven instructional platform that aligns with the school district mission of maximizing the potential of each individual.
- The Superintendent will work closely with the District Business Manager and administrative team to monitor the distribution of resources through the 2023- 2024 school year to ensure responsible spending and budget efficiency.
