Synopsis of Curriculum

The cooperative education program provides an opportunity for the student to gain work experience in a field related to his/her career goals.  The student is released from school to continue his/her learning at a pre-approved work site placement.  The student must receive at least 15 hours per week at the job site.

The cooperative related work experience program is available to senior students who wish to participate in career-related paid on-the-job-training experience on a daily basis.  Students planning to enter the job market immediately following graduation can learn entry level skills through supervised job training.  Students must obtain work site placements that will enable them to acquire meaningful career related experiences in an atmosphere conducive to learning.
