Synopsis of Curriculum
This course will include content for the Keystone Algebra 1 exam, including simplifying expressions, solving equations, graphing lines, exponent rules and working with square roots. It includes approximately half the topics in a standard Algebra I course. Students who struggled in eighth grade math and were not proficient on the PSSA should be considered for this course. Students are required to have a scientific calculator for this course.
