Synopsis of Curriculum
This course is designed for students who wish to improve their reading comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary skills. Emphasis is placed on the application of strategic reading skills. Direct, explicit teacher-developed instruction is used. Class size is limited. Priority is given to students who are reading below grade level.
