Synopsis of Curriculum
Physical Science (8th grade) provides a review of the nature of science (scientific method, experimentation, and metrics and measurement) in addition to examining the basics of physics and chemistry. Topics include motion, forces, work and machines, and energy followed by matter, atomic structure and the periodic table, chemical bonding, and chemical reactions.
