    Emotional Support (Itinerant/Supplemental)
    Grades 9-12
     

    Program: The program is geared to address students who have Severe Emotional Disturbances.  This field has many subgroups and takes on many challenges.  Itinerant/Supplemental support is  the determined therapeutic intervention level provided by the Emotional Support Teacher within the ES Program. Our students are capable of maintaining a regular schedule with added supports from my program. 

     

    The goal of my program is to teach the students how to manage their behaviors, become accountable, be responsible, and take ownership of their young adult lives.  We preach the real world in our classroom in hopes to bridge that gap between school and adulthood.
