Welcome to the Price School
At the Price School, we look forward to engaging all students in a customized educational experience that prepares them to be self-sufficient and contributing members of a global community. Toward this mission, we look to deliver our curriculum through the use of the Capital Area Online Learning Association (CAOLA)for the core subjects of English, Mathematics, Social Studies, and the Sciences. In addition to the core subjects, we provide traditional classroom instruction in courses including but not limited to; Physical Education, Money for Life, Independent Living, Careers, Social Skills for Everyday Living and Transition Services. At the Price School, we also provide a school to work program for students who seek opportunities in the work force. The Price School also incorporates an Adventure Based model that offers students varied experiences to explore the outdoors while learning many important life lessons. The blended instruction at the Price School makes it possible for each student to learn and grow in a safe environment that encourages independent thinking, one-on-one instruction, group activities, and team building adventures that are incorporated into every educational week.
