    Dear Londonderry Families,

I am pleased to let you know that the teachers have been working hard to gather student belongings for pickup. We will be following the schedule below the first week in June. On the table below, please take note to the day and time that we have set aside for last names beginning with each letter.  This is the day and time that we are asking you to come to the school to pick up your child(ren)’s belongings and materials and return laptops and other classroom materials.

    Date and Time

    Last Names Beginning with:

    Monday, June 1 from 2pm to 5pm

    A through C

    Tuesday, June 2 from 8am to 11am

    D through H

    Tuesday, June 2 from 2pm to 5pm

    I through L

    Wednesday, June 3 from 8am to 11am

    M through R

    Wednesday, June 3 from 2pm to 5pm

    S through Z

    Wednesday, June 3 from 5pm to 7pm

Makeup time for those who missed or were unable to come to the timeslots above.

We will have several stations set up to help with the flow of traffic. We are asking that you enter the car rider area first to drop off library books, laptops, and any borrowed teacher items such as books from classroom libraries and calculators. If you have teacher items to return, please place them in a bag labeled with the teacher’s name. This will help us to get items back to the correct teacher. Library books for Mrs. Trautman do not need to be in a labeled bag.

You will then enter the circle in front of the building, and there will be three stations. At the first station, you will pick up your child’s belongings in a large bag. At the second station, you will pick up a smaller bag with your child’s report card, yearbook, and any other miscellaneous important paperwork. At the third optional station, you will be able to drop off order forms for spring pictures or return pictures that you do not want to keep. All the stations will be drive through, and you will not have to get out of your car.

This week we will be focusing on student interests and career awareness. Several of the grades will also be taking virtual field trips. I also hope that our students will have fun participating in our virtual Field Day. I look forward to seeing everyone in the pickup line in June. I want to wish everyone a safe and healthy summer. I will continue to communicate important updates through School Story on Class Dojo over the summer. Stay tuned for our fall plans for educating your children.
