My name is Kim Becker and this will be my first year teaching at South Hanover, but my thirteenth year teaching overall. I grew up in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, but went to college in Richmond, Virginia. After graduating from the University of Richmond and Virginia Commonwealth University, I taught 4th Grade and K-6 Math over the next 8 years. My husband and I moved back to Pennsylvania in 2019 and relocated to the Harrisburg area this past spring. We are excited to be joining this community!
We have an 11-month old son who keeps us very busy, so when I do have some down time I enjoy running, watching all sports (particularly college basketball), hiking, cooking and reading.
