Cyber Student Residence Verification

Under Act 47 of 2025, families with students enrolled in a cyber charter school must verify residency twice each year — by November 1 and March 1.

Parents/guardians are responsible for submitting the required form and acceptable proof of residency to both the cyber charter school and the student’s home school district. This ensures continued enrollment and compliance with state law.

Failure to submit documentation may result in a residency review process.
