Dr. Gregory Milbrand, Superintendent of Schools

 

In September 2025, Dr. Gregory Milbrand assumed the role of superintendent of the Lower Dauphin School District. He previously served as the assistant superintendent of Cumberland Valley School District for six years. In addition to his administrative duties, Dr. Milbrand has previous experience as a middle school teacher, principal and executive director. Dr. Milbrand earned his Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Education in School Administration, K-12 Principal Certification, and Superintendent Letter of Eligibility from Shippensburg University. Dr. Milbrand received his Doctorate of Educational Leadership and Administration through Immaculata University.

Dr. Milbrand and his wife Bethany, are proud parents of two children, Blake and Bethany.
