Performance Goals 2025-26

The Board of School Directors is required to post the mutually agreed to objective performance standards contained in the superintendent's contract on the school district's publicly accessible internet website.

Upon completion of the annual performance assessment, the board of school directors is required to post the date of the assessment and whether the district superintendent has met the agreed to objective performance standards on the school district's publicly accessible internet website.

  1. The Superintendent will successfully implement a comprehensive Entry Plan to build relationships with key stakeholders, gain a thorough understanding of district strengths and areas for growth, and communicate findings and insights to the Board.
  2. The Superintendent will provide direct oversight and facilitation of effective implementation of the short-term facilities plan, established by the previous administration, while continuing to develop a long-range facilities strategy that ensures safe, secure, and instructionally aligned environments for all learners.
  3. The Superintendent will lead the development of a fiscally responsible 2026-2027 annual budget that reflects district priorities, maintains or improves educational programming, and demonstrates efficient use of resources through cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies.
  4. The Superintendent will ensure the success of all students by supporting high-quality teaching and learning, well-rounded educational opportunities, data-informed decision-making, and equitable practices across the district.
  5. The Superintendent will foster trust, transparency, and support for the district through proactive, consistent communication and authentic engagement with the Board, families, students, staff, and external stakeholders.
