Transition Services
Transition Services:The transition section ofthe IEP is typically used once the student turns 14 years of age. Assessment data is used to determine goals for after graduation and the methods to work toward these goals is documented. The purpose of this section is to document what a student is interested in doing after high school and what will be done during the school-age years to prepare for such.
