LD Census Collection
Lower Dauphin is collecting its annual census by mail this spring. Every school district in the Commonwealth is required to conduct an annual census by the School Code. Traditionally, the district has conducted an in-person census and followed up with letters. However, with the challenges of the pandemic, we are only relying on this mailer to verify census information.
You may verify your census information (name of residents and dates of birth) in one of three ways:
- Email your verification information to census@ldsd.org
- Return the green form you should have received in the U.S. Mail
- Print and return the attached pdf document
All persons residing in or using this address as their legal residence should be included. Members of the Armed Services and students away at college must be included if this is their legal address.
