If you have an issue logging into apps via myLD:
1. Log into myLD
2. Go to the drop down arrow in the upper right hand corner of myLD and click "Settings"

3. Click on "App Passwords" tab.

4. Click on the edit button (pencil icon) next to the app you are having issues with.
5. Delete the password. The screen will report "Locker Removed".
6. Click on the "X" to exit the password window.
7. Return to Settings (step 2)
8. Click on "Sign-In Options"

9. Click on LDAP/ Active Directory
10. Enter your network password into both boxes

11. Click "Save"
