For community
organizations and other outside groups who request to use district buildings
for meetings and events, the district has moved to an online application and
approval system for the start of the 2017-2018 school year.
The district is implementing the FMX facility management
system. This system replaces the green facility usage sheets.

By utilizing this online system, the district hopes to
streamline the approval process and allow for a more efficient use of our
facilities. Fees and usage for Lower Dauphin are covered in School Board Policy707. The only change from our current system is the online application.
