GENERAL INFORMATION 

  1. Selective Service: Male students must register with the Selective Service System within 30 days of reaching their 18th birthday. Register at www.sss.gov
  2. Shield Driving: Attention sophomores Learn the fundamentals of safe driving at your convenience with your own computer.   2. LD College Financial Aid Night: To understand the basics of applying for financial aid and how eligibility is determined, consider attending LDHS' Financial Aid Night presentation on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 from 7-8:30 PM.

College Representative Visits:  Attention juniors and seniors Meeting with a college admissions representative can provide a wealth of information on their academic program, admission process, tuition criteria and campus life.   TESTING INFORMATION 

  1. ACT: Lower Dauphin High School testing dates for the 2020-21 school year include Saturday, April 17, 2021. The Lower Dauphin High School testing dates for the 2021-22 school year include Saturday, December 11,2021 and Saturday, April 2, 2022. Registration information is available at www.act.org 
  2. ADVANCED PLACEMENT (AP): To register, Click Here Registration is closed for the 2020-21 school year. 
  3. ARMED SERVICE VOCATIONAL APTITUDE BATTERY (ASVAB):  The test was administered on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.  Registration is closed for the 2020-21 school year.
  4. PSAT: The test, available to Lower Dauphin High School students only, is scheduled for Saturday, October 16, 2021. 
  5. SAT PREP COURSE: This is a 6-week course with classes scheduled on either Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings. 
  6. SAT: Lower Dauphin High School testing dates for the 2020-21 school year include Saturday, June 5, 2021. The Lower Dauphin High School testing dates for the 2021-22 school year include Saturday, November 6, 2021, Saturday, March 12, 2022 and Saturday, June 4, 2022.
